Greetings!! I am Kristy, and I’m so excited to have you stop by my page. Normally, I’m the one hearing your story; although here, you get to hear all about mine.

So feel free to read this short version or cuddle up with a cup of your favourite beverage and read through the extended version down below. Either way, I hope you enjoy and learn something new about myself, or if we havent met before, grow to know me .

Over my life I have always been the type of person that wants to know why something does the things it does or how things work. Over the years that part of myself has only become more inquisitive. Thankfully I allowed this to become a large part of who I am and now I question most aspects of life, as I feel we should.

As I have came across situations in life, usually they made me dig deeper into my own healing and journey in a way that would eventually change how I looked at life in a larger way.

The birth of my son, my post postpartum depression and being with my grandmother as she passed allowed me to change in ways that can never be undone. I thank God to this day that I was able to go through these and many more life lessons, allowing me to view my life and this place we call home from a completely different point of view.

Those times in my of life, along with many others, began my journey into my own healing. I was able to look at my patterns more deeply, observed my stressors, observed where I was holding things in my body from the past and began healing my nervous system through music and bringing my two loves of science and nature together.

Thankfully these parts of my life allowed me to have the perseverance and perspective to heal myself and to continually choose to look deeper and be honest with myself. This gives me the ability to help others along their own journey, guiding them with their own questions and deeper work through quantum healing. Letting go of the energetic junk in our lives we have picked up along the way, either from situations that have taught us lessons or those that we just survive.

The modalities I h ave trained in over the years allow me to help others help themselves. Being able to be a part of someones healing through a quantum healing or energetic healing release, gives me so much joy and overflows my cup in ways I cannot explain. Taking your soul to new levels with past lives, releasing stuck energy or finding balance from within, can take you to places in your healing journey you never knew existed. This happens all while you guide yourself to your true purpose in life, allowing me to journey with you and be by your side as we dig deeper into your true self!

he story of my journey I feel started a long time ago when I was a child. My parents openly stated how they wanted to change patterns that felt ingrained in our family. Saying I love you became something that was never questioned and always necessary. Looking at life and questioning things was a normal experience for my family. I liked asking more about life’s bigger questions and didn’t feel squashed doing so in this large world all thanks to my family; we could talk about anything.

When I was in grade seven, our town had an E.coli outbreak. This made me think even more about necessary resources like our water, where it comes from and the type of plastics our water normally gets stored in. I started observing and asking more questions as this was a large life changing event. This led me to switch from plastic to stainless steel. It is also when I met my husband, Rick for the first time.

In high school I started to notice my own patterns and often thought to myself, is this it.. we go to school, to get a job, have a family and just live out our lives? No questioning life..? Existence? God? How is any of this happening? Is it happening to us, with us, or for us, while we all just go with the flow. I often found myself in these thoughts while walking and doing the mundane tasks of life.

I continued my post secondary studies at Sir Sanford Fleming College graduating with an Advanced Biotechnology Technologist Forensics Diploma which taught me to question life even more. Why are certain ingredients in products, what is their purpose and if none why are they included? We were taught how to think critically and sift through the nonsense. Looking at peer reviewed articles and breaking them down to find out the real questions and answers, and truth in them. Aswell as teaching me in-depth about my DNA and our biological systems as a whole.

Fresh out of College, I started working at the University of Guelph at the Biodiversity Institute of Ontario. With the knowledge of how to research products better, I really started to lean into alternative health care products for my body and home, switching out wherever I could. This also included wanting to take better care of myself, as I lost almost a hundred pounds and started treated my body like the temple it is.

At this time I also met other people in my life that would change who I was in such a beautiful way. The journey they were having created a self-reflection in myself that I had never had to that capacity. This changed my world completely and made me look at life from many different and new viewpoints.

Rick and I reconnected after college, moved to the country, were married in our front yard and started our family with a large garden and lots of animals. With the birth of our son, I went through so many new life challenges in-regards to finding my tribe, postpartum depression and finding my pink again. Life in that chapter felt like a very long pause.

My postpartum depression took me on a ride I hadn’t ever signed up for. I hsd known sadness and depression before but this level almost took me many times. I was so thankful to have my husband and son to keep me grounded in our family and what was truly important in this life. Being able to speak my truth about that time and healing through something that almost took me is very liberating and started a journey for myself that was more real and raw from anything I’ve had so far.

When my son was still under a year, my grandmother passed away and I was so thankful to have the privilege to be with her when she left this earth. Having the experience to be with my loved one while she passed was truly life changing for myself. A few hours before she passed she had been rushed to the ER with no pulse. When we arrived she was just coming back, while the doctor was still in shock and saying this doesn’t normally happen. My grandmother stayed for two more hours on this side. While she was still here, we watched as she would look from her bed to the door. We believe someone was waiting for her to take her where she needed to be. This is the day my life changed, knowing my grandmother was dancing in heaven happily with my grandfather and God along side them both. I could feel it and just knew the truth in it.

My life another change I couldn’t come back from after that moment. I went for my first QHHT session and knew from then on that I wanted to share this experience with others for healing. The time I spent on the other side just floating as a transparent but yet colourful bubble with such freedom and having no body was very therapeutic. There was warmth, beautiful colours, a soft song in the air and it felt like a true feeling of being home. This among so many other healing opportunities that happened during this session were exactly what was necessary at that time.

While my son napped I studied, and became certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique as of 2019, I then decided to dive into giving as many people as I could, their own sessions. Noticing how healing the past lives can be as your higher self brings exactly the life you need to see currently to the surface to allow guidance, lessons and the purpose to radiate through your soul and integrate in.

I continued my own soul healing, releasing and realizing what needed to go and what needed to be nurtured along the way. Knowing that the purpose of my soul was given to me to “Nurture and Grow” & allowing this nurturing and growing to expand in myself through QHHT, plant medicine, cord cutting, generational trauma awareness and energy healing among others things along the way.

When my son was still small I had an interest in energy healing, often practicing this skill, as I know we all have this God given ability. Our family would often envision a large white protective bubble around us and our home as we went along our day and slept quietly. Now certified as a Reiki Master as of 2025, I offer Energy Healing and QHHT knowing that these modalities have not only served in my own healing but will continue to serve many families in the future.

I wholeheartedly embrace how the combination of my love and background in science along with my interest in learning and growing has allowed me to have an honest and real (sometimes difficult) amount of personal growth.That coupled with my spiritual growth has given me the opportunity to learn a significant amount about healing, my relationships, energetic patterns and the gifts that are truly important in life.
